In November 1997 new legislation passed which required car drivers to have zero blood levels of cannabis, heroin, morphine and cocaine..etc, it also lowered blood alcohol levels from 0.08% to 0.057%. I would like a copy of this new law and any related requlations or material..can you help?????

My German colleagues tell me that your information about the basic content of the new German legislation is correct. However, the law is apparently still under consultation on its finer points and has yet to be definitively passed.

My colleagues have promised to let me know of any news on this, and I can gladly pass on to you anything I receive.
