Unfortunately, there is a major lack of information in English on most areas of German Law when it comes to the internet. I can say with confidence that our index titled 'German Law and Legal System' http://www.jura.uni-sb.de/english/glsindex.html is the most comprehensive guide to German law resources in English which is available, because no other WWW site has even attempted to provide such a service to my knowledge.

I am not aware of any internet resources on German Real Estate Law in English, but I can assure you we would add it to the index if one should come to our attention.
