I am trying to find some information on the German Court system
Hello,
I am trying to find some information on the German Court system, with
limited success. Is there anyone out there who can help me?
The request is as follows:
- Total number of judges in Germany
- The breakdown across the federal and state courts (number of judges per
court)
- Salary levels for federal judges
- Cost per case in the equivalent court to the Federal Court of Australia. I
have looked at your information and I think the most equivalent court is that
which exercises ordentliche Gerichstsbarkeit jurisdiction.
Your page was very helpful - thank you.
I hope this isn't too much... I would greatly appreciate it if anyone knows
where I might be able to find this information.
Thank you sincerely,
Nicola S

Dear Ms S,
I am very sorry, but I can't help you, because I don't have the Information
you asked me for. But I sent your message to the German Ministry of Justice. I
presume, they may able to help you.
For any farther information about the german court structure, please contact
the ministry of justice directly on their web-page. The URL is
